| Since 1989 we have been selling and renting aluminum scaffolds and ladders manufactured by ALTREX Company. In 1994, we expanded our activities with the production of specialized aluminum ladders, e.g. fire ladders, basing on a U.S.A. patent as well as on our own design solutions, which are also protected under a patent. Our ladders, as the first in Poland, have been certified for compliance with EN 1147 for fire ladders. Excellent quality and durability of these ladders is confirmed by C.N.B.O.P. certificates, 10-year warranty and a number of satisfied users such as: State Fire Services Units, Enterprise Fire Companies, Volunteer Fire Brigades, Polish Army Units, P.K.P., Special Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, Customs, Power Distribution Companies, cogeneration plants, mines, construction companies, production plants, craftsmen and private entities. In 2004, we established a production department of special constructions intended for use during works on aircrafts, helicopters, buses and other. The scope of MAKROS Company’s activities also includes warranty and post-warranty service systems as well as transport and assembly of our constructions.
